Large room &bath and we also had a balcony with a nice view. The bed was amazing, they have high quality mattrasee, so I had a really good sleep. The restaurant terrace is nicely decoratated, serve good food, overall a pleasant atmoshere. The hotel staff at the reception was very polite and extremly thoughful into assisting us with everything we needed. We have been traveling by car the entire day and a few hours prior to our arrival, I called the reception to ask what time the restaurant closes, to see if we can get there in time for a good dinner. Later, the lady at the reception called back, to check in on us and see how far we are, to make sure we arrive in time to order.

The bedroom was comfortable with a spacious bed and a small balcony. The room was clean. The environment of the restaurant was quirky. The reception staff were very nice and welcoming. We were checked in by Valeria. The hotel has parking.

Everything is nice, clean comfy rooms, polite staff, good price. Excellent hotel for a small town. Krill restorant in a hotel is amaizing, good staff, very delicious meals, good price. Every meal was excelent that we ordered in Krill. We had best time. My recomendation to everyone who comes to Arad.

The young man at the reception was extremely helpful and friendly. Nice view of the bridge over the river at night. Balcony and operable door are great for claustrophobics. Nice restaurant attached to the hotel with friendly staff

Like the totality of this location , the hotel is very comfortable and clean, everybody is very friendly and always open to help . The restaurant offer a large choice of international specialities and a perfect service at a very competitive price This is an ideal locatio, near the highway for a stop-over for our international trips

The staff is very friendly and obliging, they helped me a lot and maintained good communication before my arrival. I particularly like their flexibility with check-in (I arrived late) and the fact that the restaurant at the hotel is open until midnight, this was a very pleasant surprise. The breakfast menus are varied and rich. My room was large and very comfortable. Even if there is a tram line on the street, I couldn't hear anything once I closed my window.

The quality of the accommodation, the staff and the service were paramount. I did kindly request an earlier check-in if possible and within minutes the issue has been solved. The restaurant is remarkable and the service very friendly. Unfortunately I spent there only one night and I hope next time I can stay longer. I recommend!

Overall it feels like there is so much love put into all the details and it just feels like at home. They do much more than you could get away with for a three star hotel. Incredibly nice staff, everything is clean, super friendly cleaning ladies, everything is folded and arranged in a very cute way. Great view, the hotel is located right at the river banks, I got to wake up with the prettiest sunrises. The flooring is super nice and always feels warm. The restaurant is amazing as well. I wish them all the best!

Excellent location, with a beautiful view to the Mures river. The room was big, featuring a sitting area with a comfortable couch and armchairs. The tv-set is pretty big, with cable channels. There is a big balcony facing the river and the promenade below, for the people who haven't quit smoking yet ;). The restaurant is also excellent; even I only had the delicious home-made burger, all the dishes looked amazing in the menu and their description sounded great, too.
